BMW S 1000 R Engine
The high-performance 4-cylinder in-line engine, just like the rear, comes down from the RR. with highly linear torque and constant forward propulsion across the entire engine speed range.
Throttle-by-wire lets you measure this power more precisely. Gear Shift Assist Pro keeps you shifting up and down without using a clutch for more dynamics and shorter response times.
BMW S 1000 R Features
The S 1000 R comes with two standard Travel Modes, Rain and Road. ABS and ASC (Automatic Stability Control) in Rain mode provide a softer throttle, best suited for wet road surfaces, while Road mode optimizes ABS and ASC throttle response when riding dry asphalt.
You can configure your journey even more with two additional modes: Dynamic mode and Dynamic Pro. User Mode in Dynamic Pro can get you to personalize these driving settings.
To optimally adapt to your needs, the S 1000 R has two driving modes, Rain and Road. In addition to the partially integrated race ABS, you also have Automatic Stability Control (ASC) as the standard for clear thrust in terms of safety and performance. The function can be turned off and on as it rises.
The emotional roadster visual paired with the dynamics of driving is super sporty – here’s the length of the BMW S 1000 R. Reduced to important things, it’s a signal for dynamism. His resemblance to RR is fleeting.
