New 2023 BMW M3 Touring Release Date
New 2023 BMW M3 Touring Release Date – BMW has confirmed the division is developing the M3 Touring. A shadowy image posted on his personal Instagram account revealed a prototype of the M3 train, along with the hashtag ‘erlkönig’ – a label usually reserved for camouflaged prototype models.
No official details are being shared at this time, but with the expected release of the M3 Touring in 2023, the new performance wagon can align with the anticipated facelift of the current Series 3 range.

Since the announcement, we’ve shown you a one rendering of this potential monster. However, it is not very accurate, more than a vague idea of what to expect. Fortunately, Kolesa’s Russian website does a better job with the finer details that every M car should do now.
Of course, we don’t know if this is what M3 Touring really looks like. There’s only one dark teaser photo from the back of the car. However, it is reasonable to expect that the M3 sedan and M4 coupe will serve as inspiration.
According to a report from BMW Blog, a “trusted source” confirmed the performance of the wagon – to be known as the M3 Touring – has been given the green light for the 2023 launch.
Rumors about BMW M3 trains have been running hot and cold for years, with BMW M boss Markus Flasch saying as recently as September 2019: “Touring estates are not part of our M plan.”
Interestingly, BMW chose to have the same face on all these M cars. This means the headlights on the 3er are swapped for the elongated coupe.
In addition, the nose is dominated by a high kidney grille that sends a sharp line of character onto the hood. Basically, the M4 Touring doesn’t look like the M340i Touring, and that could be a good thing.
Other things you might notice in this fresh rendering are the bars/gills that have appeared on the front fender, as well as much larger wheels and sharp rocker boards.
It will be the first M3 train to make it into production, although the German car manufacturer played with the idea of the E46 M3 Touring back in the day.
The back end will be dominated by a large diffuser and quad exhaust pipe. While the trunk cap has a little more aero, it’s not too crazy. We can’t wait to see what wide-shaped projects look like.

Speaking of waiting, the M3 Touring will be ready in 2022 and will probably be released in early 2023. It will obviously compete with the Audi RS4 Variant and Mercedes-AMG C 63 T-model.
