New BMW 5 Series Touring 2021 Release Date – Photos Spy Partially camouflages BMW Series 5 sedan and wagon keep coming. The latest Batch of photos gives another peek at the wagon and, for the first time, look inside, too. However, this is a refresh, which means many cars will remain unchanged.

In it, it means customers should expect the interior without any significant changes. Photos do show the Infotainment screen has grown in size, which is expected to be given a larger screen trend in modern cars. New software must accompany the new screen. Nothing is important; However, the refresh is not a complete redesign.

Of course, there is no shortage of photo Spy with the fresh BMW 5 series. We have seen middle size models facelifted from Bavarian testing as both a sedan and a wagon, and today we are pleased to share the most revealing Spy shots to date. They come from Nurburgring and show two different prototypes.

The Incognito on the front is obviously included a fake component but we can see more lights, which will get new internal graphics with a clearer LED daylight running light signature. One thing this guide to concealment about is that the kidney Grille will not grow bigger on the fresh model but nothing can be confirmed at the moment.

There is also a prototype dark blue sedan, which rises in a larger wheel that hides a large-caliber brake. Don’t let M badges fool you – this is not a full-blown M5 but most likely the performance of a powered diesel model, equipped with an M Performance package. Fresh M550d may guess a good one.

BMW 5 Series Touring Engine

Speaking of the engine, the facelifted 5 Series is expected to get one new hybrid option. Tentatively called xDrive 545e, it will share a plug-in powertrain with the 745e xDrive iPerformance, which means under the hood will be a detuned 3.0-liter turbo straight-six paired with an electric motor. In the PHEV 5er, the combined system output is estimated to be around 375 horsepower (280 kilowatts).
